Sand Wash Basin Mustang | Born 2008

Faith is one of our beautiful gray mares from Colorado's Sand Wash Basin. With her gentle nature and quiet presence, she's one of the more understated personalities in our sanctuary herd, but she's still very much a wild horse at heart.

Faith shares a particularly close bond with two other Sand Wash Basin mares, Patsy and Saraswati. The three are rarely far from one another and often seen grazing together or moving across the pasture as a group, they're a beautiful example of the strong friendships and social bonds that develop among wild horses.

While Faith may not be the first to seek attention, she seems perfectly content in the company of her closest friends. Today, she enjoys the freedom of sanctuary, living naturally alongside the horses she has chosen as her companions.
